Positive This hotel is located on the cliff of the Douro in the middle of a vineyard. We had a fantastic welcome, an unexpected upgrade and the room had a view of the river form the balcony, magical! The breakfast was good and we ate at the restaurant which was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Douro.

Positive The property is beautiful with gorgeous views overlooking the Douro River, The staff was very accommodating. A tour of the winery and a tasting was included in the room rate. It was the best tour we had in either the Douro Valley or Porto. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again!
