    Positive The place is quiet, in a well-maintained complex of buildings, and there is 24-hour security with a concierge service. The apartment is spacious, clean and well furnished. The location is well connected with bus stops a 5-minute walk away.

    Positive Very warm apartment(gas heater) which is important during winter/spring time. The apartment was comfortable for living and remote work. Rapid staff response, the WiFi didn't work, but it was fixed pretty soon after the phone call even though it was a weekend.
