Positive The balcony indeed has a magnificent view, we spent most of our time out there. Elevator always worked and we always were able to find parking. Supermarket and bus station real close. The kitchen was a bit small, but very well appointed, I managed to cook some lovely meals there.

Positive Excellent location. Very easy to travel to from airport using the airport bus. Stops right outside door. Also great for bus to take you into Funchal. Quiet end of town. Perfect. Also new supermarket opened just opposite apartment building. Lots of restaurants around. Been to this end of town before. We love it.
