Positive We loved the very friendly welcome, staff especillay Bruno, Francois and Rio were very friendly and helpful every time we entered, had breakfast, diner or had a question. Location is super, close to the castle, no traffic, close by the city center and alfama and quite at night.

Positive Outstanding view of Lisbon from the hillside in spacious room 6. The staff was friendly and fantastic. Great spot to walk around the old city. Public transportation was also less than 10 minutes away. Wonderful to have daily housekeeping, who replenished the room with fruit and port.
