Positive Mieszkanie w apartamentowcu oddane do użytku w 2023 roku. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy od pracownika, po godzinie 22:00 za niewielką dopłatą (10 euro). Do apartamentu przynależy miejsce parkingowe, co znacznie ułatwia logistykę jeśli wynajmuje się samochód. Apartament położony blisko ścisłego centrum Funchal, około 1,5 km od portu. D
