Positive Pedro has created a fantastic experience! New property with incredible views of the Douro River. He is the Chef and creates a wonderful evening meal with wines from his own vineyards. Very attentive staff, the pool is refreshing, the balcony off the room was welcoming. A fabulous two-night stay - we really didn't want to leave!

Positive Every once in a while one finds a special place. The Wine House was that place for us. Nestled on the hillside just above the Douro river was a newly built, beautiful 4-room Lodge that had all the amenities. What made this place special was the beauty and the serenity of the location and facilities and the exceptional young man who was the owner and host. Hi
