Positive The property is a great value, better than expected. It’s spacious for a family, the pool is a great perk. The beach, restaurants, massage, and shops are nearby. It was easy to get a tuk tuk, cab, and food delivery.

Positive The villa was very clear and the owner was very nice. The location is good, there is really good food places nearby. We didn't visit the nearest beach, as we liked Surin beach, which was 20 minutes away by walking.
