    Positive This is our second extended stay at this property, 15 days, as a family of 6. We love this place. Very comfortable and very clean. The owner is a genuine friendly soul that has been very accommodating too us. The pool is always so refreshing after a day of exploring the area that can sometimes get very hot.     Positive The location allowed good access local restaurants which we enjoyed. The room was spacious and the area felt safe. The caretaker was quick to respond and we appreciated refilling the water daily.

There are a lot of decently priced and tasty (and cheap) food options nearby, furthermore there is a 7-11 and a mini Big C right next to the accommodation, alongside pharmacies and other essential shops. It's also a 10-15 minute walk to the Ao Nang promenade, where you can visit various bars/restaurants and fire shows on the beach. We
