Positive I’ve stayed here before and it is consistently good quality all round service and a great location to be able to travel to Karon and kata beaches, we hired motorbikes for the two weeks weee there and there’s plenty of parking spaces too, everything we required baantonsai delivered and will be definitely returning to stay here again

Positive Very bad behaviour of personnel. There was no soaps in the bathroom. Dirty outside. No bar. Not even a coffee. No restaurant. Terrible lobby and reception.
