    Positive The staff were genuinely amazing — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Their service really made a difference during our stay. We accidentally booked a room without a window, but they kindly upgraded us to a better room with a window, which we really appreciated.     Positive The staff was very friendly but not given enough control over negotiation management. Instead it is all done online, but if the manager can negotiate, the manager feels more like a manager and the job is valued more. Having a pool table is nice, but better pool sticks would be nice. The hotel is very clean.

There was a small but well equipped gym on the 2nd floor as well as a very nice chlorine pool with a very nice view.
