    Positive It's one of my favorite hotel. Not so expensive, surrounded by 7/11 and Mini Big C. Easy Togo around and not so far from the central pier Taksin. Negative is only one thing; the room isn't sound proof therefore you will hear everyone action , talking, Walking along the corridor. I have no problem with that, due to the reasonable price with Private bathroom.
