Positive The hotel is brand new, the staff is good, the room is big and clean and comfortable with a very nice big television. The downside of the hotel is the lack of the elevator, I was at the 2nd floor, (1st considering the ground floor) and it was not a big deal. But the location of the hotel is terrible, it's in the middle of nowhere, very far from Chiang Rai. I

Positive This is a brand new, fantastic place north of Chiang Rai. The room was absolutely clean, smelled nice, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was a proper, hotel-style bathroom that was convenient to use, had no issues with hot water, etc. The ladies at the reception were very nice and polite.
