    Positive Newer, clean, spacious, well maintained rooms, good air conditioning and water pressure. Room doors have manual bolt and chain locking for extra security. Card security access for upper floors but not ground floor. Parking available. Nice landscaping. Balcony available. Staff are in general very helpful.

    Positive This is an upscale motel 15 minutes walk from the (Suratthani) train station in Phunpin. Probably would not want to walk from station if you have much luggage because it is located on roadway that is not pedestrian friendly.     Positive This place is far from the town but really close to the train station which was ideal for us. It was exceptionally clean and we had a large room with good aircon and a great shower.
