Positive Superb hotel close to Patong Beach & shopping. It was modern & clean. The pool is fabulous. The staff was tremendous; always welcomed us with smiles and were friendly & helpful.

Positive My stay was quite good; the buffet was definitely one of my favorites, and the service and staff were wonderful. Everyone was always attentive and helpful to my husband and me, even when we were sick. The room service was amazing.
