    Positive It’s brand new. Everything is so fresh and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and everything else you need. Walking distance to many nice places to go and eat. There was a problem with the shower drain but they came and fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly ad good staff. Great experience
