Positive Big clean room, helpful staff. I'm on a 4 week trip, dropped off all souvenirs I got so far while at hotel, can pick up in 10 days when I swing back through bangkok, super helpful to lighten the traveling load.

Positive The location was pretty central, close to the Bumrungrad international hospital, you could even walk. There were lots of restaurants, fast food and shopping mall in the vicinity. The hotel provided a free tuktuk shuttle to the main street. The staff was exceptionally friendly and were always ready to help, thank you once again from the bottom of my heart. Br

Positive We had a comfortable, nice sized apartment. Good fresh breakfast was included. Loved the gym facilities, ping pong table, pool , roof garden and free yoga class. Staff was friendly and helpful.
