Positive The location is strategic. Walking distance to Kim Yong, Lee Garden, multiple 7Es, Thanyada, eateries and markets, but still peaceful at night and not loud. The owners are a couple, (or family) that are kind, and helpful. I got to check in early and they provide new room supplementaries everyday.

Positive The location is very convenient. Its not too located in the main lee garden plaza road but it is not that far. Just around 6 mins walk to the plaza. So the guesthouse is free from all the noise from the night market and heavy traffic in the plaza. The guesthouse is super clean! And they refill the complimentaries daily. The guesthouse is run by a lovely coup
