Positive Staff are very helpful , but when i checking in on 22 January they took 5000 phat from my visa as insurance and they told me when i checked out at 7 February that the room is ok and hotel we’ll return my money back with in 5 days , tell now I didn’t get my money back ! And im very disappointed about it.
