Positive Very clean and modern large rooms. They all face the mountain. Nice pool and has a gym. Lots of covered parking too. Staff is so nice and helpful.

Positive Very clean and comfortable apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. My room had a balcony with a view of Doi Suthep. Nivas is close to Chiang Mai University. The people were very attentive and helpful.
