Positive Friendly staff always available, clean room with amazing ac after a long hot day being out all day. Many stores and food options walking distance. You don’t really need to leave the area at all if you’re staying here!!

Positive Do NOT book this guesthouse. This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience we have ever had. The property is dirty and has a bad smell everywhere. Upon arrival, we were forced to wait for an employee to even gain access. The room was filthy—the bedding and towels were stained, dirty, and completely unfit for use. The conditions were simply unaccept

Positive I booked the smallest room and its good for the price and what they provide in the room. Fast and stable WiFi for working remotely. It's only a short walk to Banzaan Market, shopping mall and Bangla road. Close to Patong hospital as well. From Bangla road I can walk directly to the beach and take buses to town
