Positive We had a beautiful stay at the villa. It's in a quiet area. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed the pool. Tte beds were comfortable. There were some restaurants nearby , most of them are a 15-30minute walk (with the heat that can be a lot). There is heavy traffic in phuket so book grab in advance to got to places. Kamala beach is no more than 10

Positive Great modern style of the house and the furniture! Perfect fresh renovation Very clean Very green yard and nice clean pool Very helpful property manager. Place truly feels like home Great sound protection! Even though there are about 10 monte villas located very close, you barely ever hear the neighbours!
