Positive All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great - filling and tasty with many options.

Positive Very nice hotel, ideally situated in the heart of Bangkok Sukhumvit. Nice rooms with design amenities, even if at first we had some problems with the AC regulation. Good and healthy choices for breakfast. Lobby can be crowdy at times, but the staff is always very nich. Would stay there again.
