    Positive The staff was amazing and super helpful, we had a great time in Bangkok thanks to them. The property was above a 7-Eleven so we could just go downstairs to buy snacks and go back up. The cafe of the hotel was also really good and had great breakfast. They helped us with luggage storage and to move around the city.
