Positive Beautiful room once we were moved. Amazing view. Hotel grounds with lush planting. Wonderful golf buggy driver- so friendly. Helpful management when we had issues with our allocated room.

Positive The best part of the property is the staff and the location. Loved the guys that drive you around in the golf carts they are the warmest people. The front staff are helpful and scheduled our transfer back to Ao nang and to the airport er had a private boat and van. It was a super easy and smooth transfer even with big suitcases.
