    Positive The location is really good. It's a 3 minute walk from Muscle Factory gym, which is an AMAZING gym. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe. The house is large and has good facilities, including a full kitchen with a table, chairs, sink, fridge, gas stoves and plenty of pots and pans. The trees and plants are overgrown and have a wild feel to them.

    Positive Скажу так, цена все оправдывает. Местоположение хорошее- тихий переулок, ночью тишина (если соседи под окном не орут, но я спать ложусь в 10, в 12 ночи уже все успокаивались), утром поют птицы, можно завтракать в саду, метро 12 минут пешком и там же огромный супермаркет. Мне нравится именно момент проживания в частном доме, на земле.
