    Positive The staff were friendly and always with a smile. They were were very helpful. The wheels on my luggage had been damaged by the airlines and the staff rang around to look for a place to repair it. They also got me the Grab and explained to the driver where the repair shop was. I'm very grateful for this because very few Thai speak english.
