    Positive The staff were so kind and helpful, amazing service!!! The room was comfortably big, clean, and bright ( with black out curtains for sleeping). Beautiful communal balcony to sit at. Great location. Free coffee. The staff were all so amazing, for the house cleaning support, to security and bellhop and front desk. Will come back here again

    Positive Great location, kind and helpful staff, strong wifi, comfortable bed, strong water pressure and free coffee and cookies in the lobby - in a nutshell. Loads of great options around for eating, walking distance to the river, good tailors nearby, and buses run by the street, too (in case you wanna feel like a local :) Would go back without a question.
