Positive The room is big and comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect, close enough so you can walk everywhere in Patong, but not so close you can't sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing.

Positive Location was great. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Close to market. Staff were very friendly and tried to help as best they could especially with the AC unit.
