Positive Perfectly comfortable in the room. No smells, no noise, and you're on top of one of the tallest buildings in Chiang Mai, and can see planes landing and the mountains. Not so far (1km) from the nearest night market and walking street. Modern feel. Washing machine is a huge benefit too.
