Positive The location was very convenient, one block from the beach and short walk to numerous restaurants, stores, clubs, etc, The westward view was very nice, as it had a partial ocean view and most of the city towards Jomtien and the iconic Pattaya City sign. Positive The pool was nice but the place was a bit run down. Also the elevators are very slow and only two out of 3 working for the whole building makes it take forever many times.

Positive Centrally located, check in was easy, once you read the email from the owner. Roof top pool was good although like most pools in Thailand, the surfaces are very slippery. The balcony is small but nice to have, with a washing machine and drying space.
