Positive Comfortable very clean , staff were always ready for assistance, very close from fantasea and Carnaval. the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary late check out.

Positive The main courtyard pool area was outstanding, and clearly where they put most of their investment. The rooms were very comfortable with a luxurious finish. I really liked the big bath, which isn't found in every hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. Staff were generally helpful, though their English was limited.
