    Positive We received an upgrade one bedroom suite. The apartment was big, but not very clean. The towels are very old, and needs to be replaced. The furniture is old, and needs to be abraded. The breakfast was good, but same everyday. Pools is very bad and not clean, Furniture is old, and not nice for the 4 star hotel

    Positive The room was very big and even had a washing machine which was a nice touch. The pool had a great view and the staff were friendly and helpful. Near many restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to metro.
