Positive Apartment 1806 is not recommended at all. It needs a lot of maintenance, and there's no one in charge to contact. All the phone numbers listed during the booking are disconnected, and no one is representing the owner. The location is good, but the service and treatment are terrible. There's no security in the place. I strongly advise against renting this apa

Positive Excellent location and great facilities in the building. Play space, pool, outdoor gym were great with the family. Access to dubai mall is great! Apartment is well stocked with most things you'd need and was very clean. Beds and space is comfortable. Easily fits 6.
