Positive The staff in this beautiful hotel is amazing, from the bell man at the door, the reception people, and the cleaning staff. The cleaning lady from NEPAL ( PRINCESS SANJU) is a WELL TRAINED, leaving my room MARVELOUS every single day, doing her job with LOVE AND ENTHUSIASM. (7 DIAMONDS) I really recommend this hotel in the old Dubai area. 7 DIAMONDS
