Unfriendly, rude staff - at the reception, the guy at the reception didn’t even bother to check booking details and just kept asking million questions and more money even though we have paid in advance but they said we don't deal with booking app u need to pay extra .     Positive Service was poor, the staff was super lazy the manager didn't care in spite of numerous complaints the food was spicy most of time and they tried to charge for a cup of coffee first 2 days of our stay
