    Positive Its a beachfront property, easy access to beach. It was not crowded so it had a private beach vibe.

    Positive The studio is budget friendly and it has its private beach and pool and family friendly. In addition, If you don’t have access to Netflix they got your back. There is garden around the building that you can walk .
