Positive I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well managed. A special thanks to Ahmed at reception—he was very welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made the experience even better. Really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again
