    Positive The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Clean and well equipped. The view is relly nice. The beach is right in front of the building and there is also a nice pool. With 20-30min drive you reach downtown Dubai, Dubai mall, etc..

    Positive Apartment was nice and clean with amazing view. Unfortunately during our stay there was water supply issue so we had to leave apartment after 3 days stay but QStay management offered us full refund but I asked them to charge amount we stayed and return remaining amount. Thanks to QStay management and Booking.com management for smooth refund transaction.

    Positive not safety at all .. they enter the room without permission as i told them to come another day .. the security staff at the building was so rude with us he didnot let as enter because “ there mistakes not giving us the parking card “
