Positive Location & facilities. Also, Ross’ customer service was exemplary. Couple of minor issues that were fixed in exceptionally timely fashion. Mattress was sublime!

Positive We loved the location and how spacious the apartment was - great for 3 adults and an infant to spread out. The atmosphere of the stay was great in sun and rain, lovely to sit in an arm chair in front of the big open windows as the rain fell.

Positive I liked how spacious and clean the place was. We had a bit of a problem with the tap as it was not closing off totally, where we found out that we had to close the other knob for the water to stop. The agent was quick enough to respond to our questions and came over to help us with the problem. The accommodation was also accessible to the Ambleside pier and
