Positive Sands Lane Retreat is a lovely property, and we instantly felt at home there. It has plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils and it is great to have off road parking. The lounge is spacious and the furniture comfy. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas too! We thoroughly recommend it.

Positive Excellent property and location and the bungalow is beautiful. The hosts couldn’t have prepared it better and all you need is available. Lovely touches for our dog with blankets, towels, brushes and some treats for his arrival. Made to feel part of the family for his stay which was lovely.

Positive Really lovely bungalow in a fabulous location in Hunmanby. Only 5 minutes drive to the co-op and other shops in Hunmanby and only 5 minutes drive (the other way) to the car park at Hunmanby Gap and access to the beach - one of my favourite beaches in the UK. Really well appointed bungalow that feels like a home from home. It has everything you could need for
