    Positive Owner/host Kay was wonderful, full of enthusiasm and good ideas, flexible and resourceful with our needs and requests. Breakfast was good coffee, toast with butter/jam/marmalade, yogurt, various cereals, excellent fresh fruit each day. Value/Price ratio was outstanding. Inexpensive, convenient to everything in Lewes, quiet, homey, private.

    Positive A warm and wonderful welcome in this centrally placed location. We took the superking size bed, and almost didn't get out of it for the breakfast on the second morning we were so comfy! The room was a great size, the bathroom was nice and spacious, we'd definitely book again.
