Positive Clean, great location and a lovely welcome with milk and cakes. Tea, coffee and sugar were already there in the kitchen which was well stocked with everything you could need. Positive Lovely cottage for a short break in Norfolk. Perfect size for family of 5. Great outdoor space and right next to footpath to walk in to Cromer and beyond. Wish we could have stayed longer.
