    Positive We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids in Apple tree cottage , spent 4 nights from June 05. The place is good and has all basic amenities, including dishwater, washing machine, Owen and all other basic amenities in good condition, Ample parking space and good room heating facilities. There is a jacuzzi which is quite spacious. The open ground with zip line ,

    Positive The property was lovely with 2 bathrooms. The location was quiet but near to Linlithgow and places of interest like the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We would definitely stay here again.
