    Positive Everything was excellent and would not hesitate in going back to Ashburton House. The breakfast was excellent with great service. The room was tastefully decorated with really good facilities eg fridge, kettle, coffee machine. One of the best places we have ever stopped at.

    Positive Loved everything about it. A warm welcome, close to the centre of Scarborough, a beautiful house and our room was amazing. The bed was comfortable, it was spotless and stylish. I highly recommend this and would definitely book again.

    Positive I've stayed at over 20 B&Bs in Scarborough and this is by far the best. The breakfast was fantastic and every component was cooked to perfection. The owners are lovely, helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay. Free parking and a lovely room. Spotlessly clean. Really looking forward to returning. Thankyou for a lovely stay!
