    Positive Quiet homely place with all the basic comforts. Lovely polite host Mr Mak. Good room, even wifi included and a home cooked dinner. Gem of a place, great value for money for a home stay. Will definitely stay again.

    Positive Manager present downstairs. Clean and very peaceful location. Bathroom always clean. 15 minute walk from Stalybridge. 20 minutes from Aston. Restaurant 2 minutes away. Walking oark 2 minutes. Shops 5 minutes. It can't be faulted. Highly recommended.
