    Positive Warm welcome, friendly, attentive hosts. Great breakfast, good location within walking distance of city centre yet with local shops and restaurants within yards of house. Clean and comfortable property. Tea and coffee making equipment in room and tv.

    Positive I had a lovely stay at Ba Ba Guesthouse and my room was just great being on the first floor. I loved the high ceilings and decor in my single ensuite. The owners (June & Bill) were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good and kept me going late into the day. The location of the B&B is wonderful with neat shops & restaurants to explore. June was very sweet
