    Positive We had a delightful stay at Balnearn House. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located right next to the Birks of Aberfeldy path— you can even hear the sound of the water running in the river as you approach the house! It is also within easy walking distance of the lovely town, which had plenty of cafe and restaurant options for lunch and dinner
