    Positive Very convenient, quiet, clean. Separate bathroom right next to the bedroom, also clean and tidy. Host is always friendly and helpful. I teach at Warwick and it’s very handy when I have to stay over, it has become my first choice when I can’t get into one of the university conference hotels. Hope after leaving this glowing review you don’t all book it up so I

    Positive Is located just a few minutes from the place I needed to visit. Great location and pleasant. The house host is super friendly and always made sure we were well looked after. he is the best host I have ever visited.

    Positive I had a particularly good time at Bellavita. From the very first second it was like coming home. It was very clean and tidy. And I was warmly invited to the BBQ! I was even given chicken and potatoes for the next day. It was very cordial, very warm and cozy. There was everything you could possibly need for a nice overnight stay. The coffee tasted delicious.
