Positive Location is 2 mins from the beach. Well equipped for a short stay, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle. Thanks for the teabags! Right next to a corner shop but cross over the road and you're at the De La Warr and seafront. Very clean. I was in the downstairs studio. And a much needed fan!! Would definitely stay again, great communication from the host.

Positive everything was great, the owner communciated well and kept in touch re the keys the place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. we was staying overnight for a funeral and location was great and as i said was very clean and everything we needed
