    Positive The location was excellent with only a 10 minute walk to the Harbour. The breakfast served was probably the best breakfast of any Hotel/Guest we have ever stayed in and our room on the ground floor had everything available that you could think of. We will certainly return to this Guest House we we return to Brixham.
